To be honest we don’t even have yet another round of Desmond Hoodie in production so there won’t be any restock of this specific product in 2011 for sure.
Everything left is what is displayed as available on the site (as mentioned by @chrislewis in the news). -

Content wise for the comic it’s the same between both version (french and english), the only real différence is the bonus material in the english version. Il y a un peu plus de bonus sur la version anglaise (d’ou la difference de pages) donc si tu es totalement a l’aise sur la version anglaise je te conseille celle la.
