We give response to all questions, but it may take few days depending on the amount of inquiries we receive. The Customer Service Department is opened from 8AM to 5PM Eastern Time, solely on weekdays.
Our customer service is bilingual English/French and SUPER friendly!
*For REFUND, EXCHANGE or RETURN possibilities, log in to your store account and view your completed orders. Please note that you have 45 days after your order has been shipped to open a claim. Afterwards, we will not be able to accept your refund, exchange or return request.
**We take payments through a very secure PayPal payment gateway which only accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal accounts. DEBIT, GIFT or PREPAID cards are not compatible. Please note that if you are not purchasing from Canada, you may be charged a small fee for International Transactions.
